Terms of Use

Welcome to antiya, the platform that enables users to build their own metaverse! This document defines the General Conditions and Terms of Use and aims to inform the responsibilities, duties, and obligations that every User assumes when accessing the digital environments of antiya (“ANITYA.SPACE Metaverso Limitada”, a company incorporated under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil and registered under CNPJ nº 50.208.802/0001-60). Before the user begins their creative journey with us, they must read carefully and expressly agree to the following terms of use:

1. Objectives

1.1. antiya is a platform that provides tools and resources to enable users to create and explore their own personalized metaverse. By using our platform, the user agrees to abide by our terms of use and community guidelines.

1.2. antiya will only provide the user with information and services upon express agreement to the conditions and information contained herein, as well as to other documents incorporated herein by reference.

1.3. If the user does not have an individual contract for services provided by antiya, these terms of use will constitute the contract between antiya and the user.

1.4. The use of antiya signifies full acceptance of such conditions and information.

2. Definitions

2.1. In this document, the following expressions have the following meanings, unless they are inappropriate in the context, and the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter, and the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, as the context may admit and/or require:

  • "User": all individuals who register with antiya and receive an individualized and exclusive profile for final use of the platform, in any modality, whether paying or not;
  • "Third parties": individuals external to antiya who are not users.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. The user or third-party holder retains the copyright and intellectual property rights of all content created and/or made available on our platform by them. However, by uploading content to antiya, the user grants us a broad and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute their content as necessary to provide and improve our services, as well as in promotional actions and materials.

3.2. The intellectual property and copyright of all materials presented on antiya by antiya itself are exclusively owned by antiya or licensed to it, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, products, systems, service denominations, programs, databases, images, files, or materials of any other kind. Reproduction of any material from antiya by users is prohibited, with reproduction understood to encompass all possible forms of copying and distribution/publication.

3.3. The trademarks presented on antiya are owned by antiya or its clients, partners, or suppliers. The mere presentation of trademarks on antiya shall not be interpreted as a grant, and the use or any kind of reproduction of such trademarks by any user who is not the holder or licensed for the use of these trademarks is equally prohibited.

3.4. The misuse, by any User, of intellectual property, copyright, or trademarks presented on antiya will be characterized as a violation of copyright and/or trademark laws and will subject the infringer to appropriate legal sanctions, without prejudice to compensation for damages caused to antiya or third parties.

3.5. The User's dissemination of any property belonging to third parties is their sole responsibility. antiya will consider any third-party property as owned or licensed for use by the User, and will immediately remove from the platform, even without prior communication with the User, any materials suspected of intellectual property infringement.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. The user is responsible for all content they create, upload, or share on our platform. Please ensure that your content complies with all applicable laws and does not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.

4.2. The user accessing any antiya environment agrees to:

  • Not use antiya for any criminal or illegal purpose;
  • Not send or transmit any type of content or information that induces, incites, or results in discriminatory actions, violent or criminal messages that offend morality, decency, and public order;
  • Not register with false information or information belonging to third parties;
  • Not send or share any type of information or content that belongs to third parties;
  • Not alter, delete, or corrupt data and information from antiya or third parties;
  • Not violate the privacy of other users;
  • Not send or transmit files with computer viruses, destructive content, invasive content, or that cause permanent or temporary damage to the recipient's or antiya's equipment;
  • Not use false computer, network, or email addresses;
  • Not violate the copyright of third parties, through any type of reproduction of material or content, without the prior authorization of the proprietor;
  • Not use user or third-party contact data for any purpose other than that consistent with the purposes of antiya;
  • Not use the services available on antiya for purposes other than those for which they are intended or those ordinarily expected of a user interested in antiya;
  • Be careful with your individual identification data whenever accessing the Internet, providing them only in operations where data protection exists;
  • Provide truthful information and of your ownership;
  • Be responsible for any type of content, information, or statement originated with your username and password;
  • Keep your user identification (name, alias, and password) confidential;
  • Not under any circumstances share your login and password information;
  • Disconnect your antiya account as soon as you stop using it, especially if sharing the computer with another person;
  • Configure your equipment to protect it from possible invasions resulting in virus propagation;
  • Strictly comply with all provisions of this Terms of Use.

5. Collaboration and Interaction

5.1. We encourage collaboration and interaction among antiya users. However, any behavior that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal is prohibited. Please respect other users and their creations.

6. Payments and Transactions

6.1. When using paid features or engaging in commercial transactions within antiya, the user agrees to comply with all payment policies and specific terms of service associated with these features. The amounts, payment conditions, and cancellation terms were provided to the user at the time of contracting.

7. Privacy and Security

7.1. We value user privacy and security. We take measures to protect your personal information and ensure the security of our platform. However, the user is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and protecting their content against unauthorized access.

8. Cookies

8.1. Like most interactive websites, antiya’s website uses cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. The details of the data management can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Termination or Suspension

9.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, at our discretion, the user’s account that violates these terms of use or whose behavior poses a threat to the security or integrity of our platform or other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall antiya, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the user or any third party, arising from access to or use of the antiya platform.

11. Applicable Legislation

11.1. These terms of use are governed and interpreted in accordance with Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the antiya platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brazil.
